Frequently asked questions

How long will it take for me to receive my order once it is placed?


We design orders by shows. If you place an order months before your show. We will not start on your design until 2-3 months before your show and you will be made aware when we comenced the designing process.




How long before my show should I typically place an order?


I would say 3 months before your show is the most reasonable time to reach out. However, I try to accomodate all and if you are late in registering to have your piece designed by Designers Boutik then we will try to find a solution.




Do accessories come included?


We have several packages which do include accessories. However, if you do not order a package you will have to pay separately for accessories.




Is shipping included in the cost of my design?


If you select one of our package deals shipping will already be included. However, if you don't want a package deal then shipping costs will be added to your final agreed cost.




How long will my item take to arrive after it has been shipped?


We ship with FedEx Express and Priority delivery. Once we ship your items you should receive them the next working day. You will also be given a tracking number in order to keep track of your order.




Am I subject to a refund if my order arrives broken or if it is lost in transit?
