  • How long will it take for me to receive my order once it is placed?
    Orders are carried out on a first come first serve basis. If you place a bespoke order months in advance and expect your body to significantly change we will hold off from beginning your order until 2-3 months before the deadline to deliver (if you would like the order as soon as possible please specify when placing the order. Once a deposit is paid we can begin immediately and upon completion of the full payment your order will be shipped).
  • How long before my show should I typically place an order?
    We recommend placing your order at least 8 weeks prior to your show date to guarantee delivery and allow enough time for any necessary alterations. If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
  • Are accessories included?
    All of our items come with earrings included. Our accessories are carefully selected to match the style and design of our order, ensuring a complete and stylish look. Additional accessories, such as arm pieces, leg pieces, headpiece etc., are charged extra.
  • Is shipping included in the cost of my design?
    No, shipping is not included in the cost of Renata Massaccesi designs. You will be charged a separate fee for shipping and handling based on your location and the size of your order.
  • How long will my order take to arrive after it has been shipped?
    Once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location. We ship with DHL Express and provide a tracking number once it is generated. If you have any further queries regarding your delivery, please contact our customer service team at
  • Am I subject to a refund if my order arrives broken or if it is lost in transit?
    No. Renata Massaccesi Limited are not liable for any damage once the item has left our premises. This is clearly stated on our Terms and Conditions document. We would gladly make any adjustments where necessary if you are in a timely manner to ship it back to us or we will offer solutions based on the issue.
